Gracewell’s Community Development Services help adults with developmental disabilities build meaningful connections, discover new interests, develop skills, and become active members of their communities.
At Gracewell, CDS is built around the individual’s interests, strengths, and personal goals. We support people in exploring their communities, developing relationships, trying new experiences, and building greater confidence and independence.
