Residential Care

Our residential care option provides more supervised support, giving you peace of mind knowing that you will always receive 24/7 support. Our residential care home is designed to accommodate several individuals, each having their bedroom, with shared communal spaces such as the living room, lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The bathroom facilities are also shared.

However, receiving 24/7 support in a residential care home does not mean sacrificing independence. We encourage all our residents to live an active lifestyle and to pursue their interests by participating in activities they enjoy.

Residential care also offers access to a wider range of facilities. Our residential homes, for example, have amenities such as on-site swimming pools, sensory gardens, and more. Social interaction can also be more accessible, as more people live in residential care homes compared to supported living settings.

Who is residential adult care for?

If you’re an adult over the age of 18 and are looking for a place to live with 24/7 support, we can help. At Gracewell Residential Home, we’re dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and complex needs. We also assist those with challenging behaviors, mental health challenges, and deafness or blindness.
