Gracewell Residential Home was founded in 2024 by Cynthia Dickson, BSN, CM/DN — a Registered Nurse and healthcare executive with over 30 years of clinical and leadership experience.
Cynthia brings extensive expertise in nursing practice, case management, regulatory compliance, and community-based healthcare services. Her knowledge of Maryland DDA regulations, OHCQ standards, and nursing delegation ensures Gracewell operates with exceptional clinical oversight and regulatory excellence.
She established Gracewell with a clear vision: to create a structured, safe, and empowering home where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive personalized, dignified support.
